I have heard back from the camp site, unfortunately the weekend of 29th august is unavailable. We have a revised date and final price, heres the new update: Hi Losties, I have heard back from the camp site, unfortunately the weekend of 29th August is fully booked. We can have full exclusivity of the camp site (Private Hire) For the weekend of September 26th 2008. The Price will be £40.00, per tent space. (not per person) This price includes your camping fees for the Full weekend, Friday Night, All day Saturday & night and all day Sunday. Also this includes, hire of the marquee and PA system, a big central camping fire, includes logs. A deposit needs to be paid ASAP. The deposit will be £20 and will be non refundable. The remaining £20 needs to be paid 3 months in advance of the event. Or you can pay the full £40 in one go. this can be purchased at the online store via paypal or personal cheque sent to me via royal mail. Store Located here If you are under 16, you will need to bring a parent/guardian with you, i will not be held responsible for anybody's actions. You will be sent your ticket in the post and your receipt. Please bring your ticket with you when attending the event. We need at least 50 tents spaces, to make this happen. I will take you to the camp site, and then return you to said train station on Sunday. Over at my site, we will be having a Lost Fans Camping weekend in August 2008. What this is for is to meet the person behind the username, and if like me, no one in your family and friends watch lost, its nice to meet like minded people and indulge in chat about our favourite tv show! The topic is located here, if you are interested in coming, then please let us know. Nothing has been booked yet, i'm just trying to find out how many people would come along first so i can get a quote and an actual price. Heres what i have posted at my site about it: We are going to have our first Lostie meet up, to get to meet the person behind the username! We will be going on a camping weekend located in Suffolk, England, the weekend of 29th August 2008. We will be Camping in a forest, have an open communal fire, hire of a marquee with lighting and a PA system. On site hot showers and all facilities included in the price. Also has Wifi access so we could stream the party live over the web to our overseas friends. Has 3 different areas over 4 acres of land which consist of The Meadow, The wild woodlands and The pond (Not exactly a beach but this is england!) Also thinking of hiring a mini bus as the location is in Suffolk. Those of you that are located further afield, if you can get to London, or any other agreed upon central location you could catch a lift with me. What I'm thinking of doing is contacting the Camp Site for a Private hire weekend. The price is no more than £40 for the weekend (based on 20 people attending), Friday night and saturday night. The price is per tent space (or you can bring a caravan!). It should be less if we can a get a few people to come, we should get a group discount, as they are group friendly, and there are no curfews! We can get the marquee, so we can have our debates about lost, share our theories with each other. There is electricity included, so we can also watch our (voted for) best episode! Also, we can stream what were doing to the rest of site, i.e kev in australia! Have a Saturday night LOST quiz, with prizes up for grabs. We can camp around the open fire, roast a leg of pork, so it feels like were eating boar! During the day, we can go on a Lost mini adventure! to showmasters: There will be no "celebrity" attending this event, its just for the Fans to meet up and have fun. For those of you that follow lost online, abc have announced that LOST will return for season 4 on the 31st January! It will only run the 8 episodes they have filmed that have not been affected by the writers strike. Heres the announcement in full:

speaking from the members at my site, they havent been to any events before, so haven't had the opportunity to meet the various cast at other events. Alot of them are holding back to see who gets announced next before they part with their cash. As its a solely a lost event, i would've thought going for the big guns would get the cash rolling in. In fact, it would have been sold out in a matter of hours! Thats my sixpence anyway! x

the tickets i know are for the full weekend, what if say i can only make it on the saturday? would i still have to purchase a full weekends ticket? or could perhaps sm provide a daily ticket instead? I only ask as im going to the Caribbean the following month, and i have to justify spending £195 to my fella! thank you! x x
