It's not a proper convention is it without Dave there ?

100% Agree with this. Any chance we can have green screen photoshoot again. I missed my chance with the madness of the last LFCC.

I wouldn't have minded that as well but just so much going on. Met Dave on the Friday and had a couple of Hammer Horror items for him to sign this time.

Sorry to bump this thread up but I just wanted to put the suggestion of having the Star Wars green screen photo op back in the minds of SM.

Hope to see this back as I would have loved to have done this at the Summer LFCC. :whistling:

I really should meet him too (especially now I've finally changed my mind about meeting Star Wars guests). It's about time, given how long I've been attending these events!

I felt the same in the summer. I've avoided the SW guests so far and as he's always there you think, I'll get him next time. But like Kenny, they're getting older and once I decided to get Carrie, I had to finally meet them both too. Glad I did.

I was shocked how busy David and Kenny were in the summer.

They always have a steady flow of people. Rarely big queues but just a pretty constant flow. Guess that's why they're nearly always there and do so many events, they're still popular and it must be a reasonable income stream for them now.

The summer show was indeed a different beast however at nearly every show I've been to there's always been a steady interest in both Dave and Kenny. Not a continuous queue all the time but I always see them chatting with fans as I pass them.

Also, Dave and Kenny are friends of Showmasters and more or less have an open invitation to attend any of their shows. To be fair I don't think it really is a Showmasters show until Dave and Kenny are announced!
