Knitty Fred Posted May 28, 2015 Share Posted May 28, 2015 I'd imagine what is being said is that there will be automatic refunds after the event but if you want to obtain a refund at the show to use funds for something else then the details will be at the sales desk - not that they're saying if you want a refund the only place you can get them is at the sales desk. I'm also pretty sure that given the proxmity to the event that all SM staff will now be at the venue and not in the office to be able to commence processing refunds prior to the event. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
