Problem trying to buy a silver ticket! Need help!

Hi,

 

I have emailed and just tried to call but I've had no response,, so I thought I would try here.

 

I tried to buy a silver ticket a few days ago and I have not recieved an email response and themoney has not been debitted from my account.

 

Do I need to go through the shop again? I do not know what I should do??

What's the problem? Did your order not go through?

 

The Chevron shop is still on the old system where Yvie manually processes the orders. So a couple of fays delay is perfectly normal. As long as your order went through the system she'll contact you if there's a problem.

 

I don't know if she's processing orders this weekend or if she's working Cardiff. But the office people are definitely all in Cardiff at the moment.

everyone is in Newcastle, you won't reach anyone on the phone.

 

If you could explain a little more what the problem is I can maybe give you some advice. You placed an order, hit submit and the order confirmation e-mail didn't arrive? I'm really not sure what you mean by "no e-mail response."
