Sam E Cee
Hi All, As the event is not so far away now, I'm currently looking to book a hotel. I was just wondering if anyone could advise a nice local hotel? (preferably cheap) Thanks in advance, Sam
Gmorris2504
There's a premier inn not too far from the venue. And a travelodge virtually next door. Brighton has many hotels both chain and independent . A quick Google search will answer all your queries :)

Indestructible
I am local to Brighton and Premier Inn is fine but sold out. I just tried lastminute and found the Hilton metropole on offer for the Saturday night at £123.95 and although might not seem it, this is a bargain.

Sam E Cee
For those of you who haven't booked yet the Mrs.'s managed to find a nice place called 'Courtsland Hotel'. Only 15 minute walk from the venue and cost 110 for the night (55 each).
nightshadewolf
There are a number of bed and breakfasts all along the seafront going from Brighton to Kemptown. If you don't mind spending about £5 on a bus then you can also stay out in Hove somewhere or towards that way. Most bus services head into Brighton, and you can check schedules and services on their website www.buses.co.uk. Personally, I travel in from Newhaven. It takes about 40 minutes on the bus, and they're (supposedly when you're not trying to do a bloody work commute in the morning) every ten minutes. They go right up to the city centre. But, if you want the Hilton on this journey (duh) you can hop off at the Sea Life Centre stop (right by the pier) and just walk along the sea front. The Hilton is all of ten minutes walk away in a straight(ish) line.
twinzz
Just now at AirBNB (which we think is one of the best first-world inventions ever...but that's just us) we were able to book an ensuite room (separate from the main house) with all normal hotel facilities at about 1 mile from the venue for 68£ (combined price for both of us; all incl!) The most convenient part (other than the price & fact that it's close to the venue) is that we have access to an own kitchen so we don't have to eat out every time (money saver, CHECK!)
