If you do have a different debit card yes, you do need to e-mail the shop please.

 

The refund will take a couple of days. I am not sure if the people having access to the store system could do it Friday already, but it will be done tomorrow I am sure. Then add a few days because most banks love to play with such refunds before they go on your card.
