It's being worked on and the missing tickets should hopefully be back online shortly. As of now the only session currently sold out is Gemma Whelan - Saturday. Both Sam Coleman and Kae Alexander were showing as sold out when I tried to get their photoshoots at the sales desk today; I'd decided to get them last minute and figured I'd be fine buying on the day as there were bound to be loads of spare tickets for them - wrong! As it happens, Kae and Sam's shoot slots are so small, I can't see many people being processed in that time, so they may well remain sold out even if the timing issue is fixed.
