Gold pass question

Ok I am back with another first timer question

 

Where do you get the gold pass from on the day and what sort of time should I get there

There is normally a separate queue at the front of the venue (previously in the middle with the prebought queue on one side and the buy-on-the-day queue on the other). You get the gold pass and pack from a desk inside the venue near the front. Get there any time you like really.

If it goes the same way as LFCC, then crew members will hand out the wristbands while you're waiting outside in the gold pass queue. If you get there after the queue has all gone in, then you can get your wristband inside from the booth just inside the doors.
