josh-hammond
so, as ive mentioned in a previous post, im part of a walking dead group costume type thingy. since im going as daryl i was planning on taking my crossbow. the string removed and im not taking any tips on the bolts, so its only use is pretty much as a paperweight. daryl just isnt daryl without his crossbow. will this be ok? ive checked up on law regarding transportation and thats all good, since im transporting it in a bag dissassembled and unable to fire, so everything is ok on that front. i'll be taking some black elastic to use as a fake bow string for photos etc. any time spent inside earls court will have the crossbow in bits in a bag. i just want to make sure it'll be ok to have with me outside the event when we do our group pics and stuff. cheers
Showmasters Admin Too Tall Posted September 19, 2014 Showmasters Admin Share Posted September 19, 2014 Inside is fine. Just be ready to twang your elastic if questioned As for outside, that I can't say for sure. I'd say as long as you stay just outside where you are obviously part of the show you should be fine.

josh-hammond
Another question. Can I bring an air pistol? Obviously with no gas, ammunition and magazine. Can show that its not capable of firing anything if needs be. Last part of my Daryl costume is the pistol.
