I attended the London Film and Comic Con last weekend.I purchased in advance, 2 tickets for the "Audience with Stan Lee" talk on the Sunday (2 tickets at £25 each).On the Sunday, there was a lot of confusion as I'm sure you're aware. I was told by a Crew member than Stan Lee would not be signing further autographs due to tiredness, and that the "Audience with Stan Lee" talk was cancelled.At that point, I left the building and spent the rest of the day in the other building.I found out later in the day from another attendee that the talk did actually take place. I'm obviously disappointed that my son and I missed the talk.As it was not my fault that I missed the talk, but was due to incorrect information being given to me by a Crew member, I feel that I should be entitled to a refund of these tickets.
