  1. I've got Eliza Dushku David Borenaz Amber Benson Emma Cauldfield and Julia Benz
  2. I met Eliza but I was too shy to speak to her, my little sister was too but she said hi to us.
  3. Does anyone remember him? My Dad has a video of him.
  4. Me and my sister arrived at Birmingham on the earlybird ticket to see Eliza and were among the first to meet her. I think we were about ten back from the start. When you say rules were set about the photos both Jen and Obi Wan are right to say that there were no signs up right at the start to say no photos with Eliza, and we didn't hear any announcements about this either. So in my opinion neither one was disregarding rules by asking for a photo because they were unaware of the rules. We didn't get a photo with Eliza because I was too shy to ask, but I did see two men in front of me get one posed with her. A man with long dark hair in a black leather jacket and jeans and another one who had a Faith toy that Eliza signed on the front. I assume these are the ones Obi Wan is talking about because I don't remember seeing him in front of me. I think taking photos takes less time than those that were chatting to her and asking questions. I know I'd much rather manage a quick hello and a photo than ask involving questions that take time. I think getting a photo with Eliza is more important than getting the autograph as it actually proves you met her. Autographs can be easily bought off the internet and shops. As for getting as many people to meet her as possible shouldn't that be get as many people through so the organisers can make as much money as possible? Isn't it a bit pointless this argument anyway? Its not like you can go back and undo it is it?
  5. Well maybe that was the wrong example lol. What I meant is that it is one of those films that makes a lot of noise and doesn't actually live up to the hype when you finally see it. I know I will have forgotten about it in a years time. I certainly don't believe it has the longevity of Star Trek or Star Wars, and especially in merchandising terms where people are still collecting Star Wars figures almost 30 years after it first began. I personally thought everything about the Lord of the Rings films was ordinary from the acting to the effects to the story.
  6. I think the story is more complex in these new ones and I guess thats why I enjoy them more. Also Darth Maul was far more threatening than Vader ever was. I wish he'd been in Attack of the Clones too, and Quigon.
  7. I dunno it's just another one of those event movies like Godzilla was a few years back. Everyone will rave about it now but it'll be last weeks chip paper this time next year. I didn't think that it was anything special. The only thing it should get awards for is effort of production. I actually thought the acting was dreadful, and the storyline boring, but thats just my opinion. I also thought the effects in this one were pretty ropey, especially Gollum at the beginning.
  8. No, don't get me wrong - I like Episode 1, its just that the last time I checked this poll it had no votes and then suddenly...19!!! Plus, the originals are still the best! :) I think the originals look so dated. When they made the prequels they should have remade the originals, same story but better effects and characters that don't look like they just came from the 70's.
  9. Oooh I hope it wins them all then it is a funny class film, I just mean what the hell are Master and Commander and Return of the King doing in there? They're okay but not what I'd call award worthy films. Where's Seabiscuit too?
  10. I've always thought the Angel show was better than Buffy. Buffy was so boring last season and what a crap ending.
