Faerie Tanith
This is a little game I like to play on forums and they tend to be quite successful. :) I'm assuming we're all familiar with the basic iPod shuffle game, where you put your music player on random and have a set of questions and must answer each question with the title of each song no matter how ridiculous it is. Well, the poetry version is similar. Except there are no questions. Put your music player on random, and write down the first line/sentence of the first ten songs that play, so that it makes a short poem. This can be really fun! You can post what the songs were at the end if you like. Here's my song poem, for what it's worth. Looking forward to yours! Turn off your mind, relax and float downstream I can't get out of bed today Miss Lucy had some leeches So dance your final dance When you're taught through feelings I can fill in the blanks here They didn't warn me So close no matter how far These are the darkest clouds And now we're here again
Carlosreddevil
Ok, so I ended up with: Oy, you, gizza beer It doesn't matter what I say If I can remember it was you that didn't want to see my face Well I met an old man dying on a train I've never seen a diamond in the flesh All my life I've been good My chick is one in a million Lock eyes from across the room I hurt myself today I can't stop this feeling
Tourniquet
I got: Dancing where the skies go blue Baby are you down There's a grief that can't be spoken Nowhere left to go Embrace the silence Wake up Standing on the edge of forever Look at these people So afraid Hush hush Edited October 23, 2014 by Tourniquet
