Update on refunds

Hi everyone



I have talked to Mara and she has just finished all of the automatic refunds and it took her till now to get on top of it so thank you for all being patient with us on this, we want to get anything we owe you back to you asap it just takes a bit of time to go through some of the ones that were taken before the new order system was in place, but they should all be with you now.



What we do ask you all to do if you do not see you refund on your account PLEASE do take the time to look properly as they have all been refunded and 99% of the time when people contact us they have just not see it properly so please do have a good look so it saves your time and ours thank you so much for that.



On behalf of all of us here thank you for understanding that these things take a little time and i would also like to publicly thank Mara and Jo for all their help up to the event and afterwards in looking after all of your ticketing needs and inquiries you do such a great job thank you so much
