sylvesterfan
I have made a mistake on a ticket purchase and need to speak to someone to resolve it. I have tried using the online contact process, but no-one has responded (5 days). Does anyone know a phone number I can call. I'm sure there must be one as not eveyone has the means to make purchases on a PC.
Count Fooku
If it's any help, I made a mistake on a ticket purchase and after not being able to speak to them over the phone, I made contact with them through Twitter. Ultimately they directed me back to Showmasters and they resolved to it for me.
Queen_Sindel
I'd try the Showmasters shop in this case too. Eventbrite can only be reached through the contact form as far as I know.
Raylenth
There is a number in the Sherlocked FAQ for them but it's for technical help only not purchasing.
sylvesterfan
No response from Eventbrite or Showmaster - talk about frustrating. I don't want to have to purchase another ticket if the one I purchased in error can be transfered.
Queen_Sindel
The team has been extremely busy with the Sherlocked preparations, sorry. The last minute Benedict announcement caused a ton of questions which really kept up the responses to anything else. Really sorry, but you will have to wait for a response. The mods do not have access to the ticket system at all.
sylvesterfan
Still no response from either. Very frustrated and disappointed.
Raylenth
You may just have to speak to the crew on the sales desk at the event Sylvester.
Queen_Sindel
If no one replies then yes, I am afraid that is the only other route to try. Note the "try" - I am not sure if something can be done. You have to confirm your purchase and get to check it a second time. We had a couple of cases where people got really rude about mistakes they made on the phone. Also in at least two other occasions people boasted they got around the "no ticket changes and no refunds" route by claiming to have made an error. The store may be cracking down and not allowing such changes anymore.
sylvesterfan
Ok. I can understand that. However, I don't know what I will want with 2 photo shoots of the same person!
Raylenth
Ok. I can understand that. However, I don't know what I will want with 2 photo shoots of the same person! To some people that's a dream! I've seen people book multiple shoots with the same person before!
wjbleming
Ok. I can understand that. However, I don't know what I will want with 2 photo shoots of the same person! Different poses, maybe? :-) Edited October 2, 2016 by wjbleming
Justkate
I also made a mistake with my talk order.
