resroc
Fantastic news! Steve Perryman couldnt make it last time, so I am praying, health permitting, he will this time. Really looking forward to this now. One question. Will the early bird tickets sell out quickly? And is it still possible just to turn up on the day and pay like normal? Ta. Howie
Shame Steve Archibald will not be there again one of my favourite 1980's Tottenham players!
jonathan
With sports guests it has become rarer that they do posed photos at the tables. You won't know for sure until the day.
bobbyknobler
In that case I hope Showmasters/whoever are mindful that there is an appetite for photo ops with the likes of Garth and Mabbutt - I personally prefer photos with over the autos. But am happy to pay...not trying to blag here! :)
Not_Pennys_Ship
Shame Steve Archibald will not be there again one of my favourite 1980's Tottenham players! And Chris Hughton won't be there either. But still, will see the four who weren't there in 2011 for completion.

What I have found is, if they are doing photoshoots (e.g Ray Clemence) don't expect a posed photo when purchasing autographs. But in 2011, Gary did do posed photos. resroc
I'm praying that Steve Perryman doesnt pull out this time. Looking forward to this immensely. Just a quick question. If I buy an early bird ticket, and arrive at around 10.30, can I still skip the queue walking up to the venue or will the ticket be nullified at the normal 10.00 am entrance. resroc
Cheers. Thanks for the information. Due to it being a Sunday, the trains start later from B'ham so there is no point getting an early ticket. The free buses are less frequent aswell, so I'm expecting to have a problem getting to the venue as others have experienced in the past with the transport. Are there taxis at MK train station? Not_Pennys_Ship
Are there taxis at MK train station? It's been a while since I've been there, but usually there are. Yes, there's a taxi rank. Expect to pay £12 each way. Or phone and book a cab. Think it's £6 each way from this company: http://www.skylinetaxis.co.uk/

Mfahey79
Quick question. How are the group autograph paid for. is there a separate person taking the £100 and a ticket for the group? Never done a group autograph set like this, and this is a definite purchase

Never done a group autograph set like this, and this is a definite purchase The way it has worked in the past is that you pay your money to one of the Showmasters Crew as normal in exchange for a card with all the names of those taking part. As you get each signature that individual's name will be marked off on the card.
Mfahey79
Cheers for that. Had a feeling it would be done like that. Just wanted to be sure
resroc
If any of the team were to drop out prior to the event, would it be amended at the top of the thread? Ta.
resroc
Not really surprised that neither Perrymzn or Crooks turned up. I was surprised to see them announced in the first place and based that on my decision to stay for the weekend. Very disappointed. I dont think Crooks has ever done one ofbthese things before so maybe it was likely he would cancel. As for Stevie P, I've given up ever meeting him as has cancelled a few times when I was due to see him. Probably my last visit to MK Collectormania. Everyone at the Double Tree hotel were great and what a room and view of the pitch? Fantastic accommodation and worth going for that reason alone. Ah well. No more chasing Stevie P, it was never meant to happen.
