When to start panicking?

So its less than 2 weeks until the show and still no tickets. though im confident I'll get them in the next couple of days (as ive never had an issue before) ive had issues with post at the new address im using and wondered when is the best time to start chasing up my tickets if the worst happens as id rather not leave it too late.

All tickets are sent out in time to reach people before the event. However, if for any reason they don't turn up, take your order confirmation with you to the event and the crew there will get you sorted.

I know this is normally the case it was just with the Arena staff running the doors at this event rather than Showmasters themselves i wasnt sure if this was the case,

I very sincerely doubt it would be the case of not seeing any Showmasters staff there at all so wouldn't panic on that score as SM staff and venue staff will be working hand in hand.
