So if someone was wanting a Leeds United shirt signed by all 10 guys, would that class as a 'flat item' (£80) or would that be the higher tier price (£120)?

Thanks for your help :)

I could be wrong and someone will correct me but 'flat'usually means posters and pictures, so I think clothing would count for the higher price. Even though shirts are technically 'flat' they are harder to sign so take a bit longer.

Totally makes sense. Thanks :)

Me again! :P

New question.

If I were to get them to sign a poster... am I allowed to take a photo (just one) of them signing it?

Taaaaa :)

This won't be known until the day I'm afraid. Posed/Non-posed photos differ from guest to guest and can even change throughout the day. Look for any signs that might be up behind/near each guest to see to say if you can't. If no signs are up then you should be good.

Another question... or questionS...

1) Do you know if these guys will have photos at their table (individual ones), that I can buy for them to sign!? (and if so, how much?)

2) Are they ok to personalise the autograph when they sign it!?!

Hi DI Alex;

1. All guests usually have 8 x 10s at their tables. They are included in the autograph prices, and;

2. Guests usually do, but this can change throughout the day, depending on how busy they are, etc.

Hope this helps. :smile:

And although the crew have them on hand if you need them, it's best to have sticky notes ready with your name spelled out clearly and legibly that you can attach to the picture when you hand it over.  It's very easy for the guest to spell your name wrong between the noise of everyone talking around you, accents, odd spellings ect.  So it's safer to have a few pre written in my opinion, in black sharpie so it's nice and clear.

Why I advise pre doing them is because between juggling all your stuff, handing over your money and items ect I just think it's easier - especially if you are like me and your brain turns to mush when you are in the queue because you are nervous and you loose the ability to remember how to spell your name. :rolleyes:  Yes that did happen to me.  I tried to spell my name 3 times for the crew member and got it wrong 3 times because I was so flustered and I gave up in the end and got it unpersonalised.

Yep, cos you don't want the guest to hear what you've said and make an entirely new name out of it. It's happened 3 times to me, with 3 guests, at 2 different events... might as well change my name by deed poll to make it easier. lol

It was with Ben... wasn't it...? :rolleyes::P

I knew you'd guess that but it's the obvious conclusion isn't it?  It actually wasn't though, surprising as that may be.  Every time I've got Ben it's been at prems/stage doors where it's so quick you're lucky to get an auto let alone asking for your name on it or at Sherlocked where he hasn't yet actually done any personalisations because he's too busy.  So I didn't have to worry about that with him at all.   It was actually with Mads for some reason.

Regarding names though, that's what I meant, it happens frequently, you say one thing, they hear something else and it all ends up being a jumbled mess, then you have to decide what to with an auto you've paid a lot for that's written to someone all your friends will ask who they are when they see it.

Ah. Awesome. Thank you so much for your help.

That's great news about the photos. As we looked online for a few (mainly ebay) and they were all signed ones... and it's like, the whole reason we want one is to GET it signed :/ . So that's a relief that they'll have some at their table.

Also, thanks for the heads up with the name. I think (busy wise) I should be fine, I doubt (and this is me just guessing) these dudes will be MAJORLY busy. Well, not too busy to be able to add a name. It's for my boss (work) you see, so would deffo need to get the spelling right.

He's letting me have the day (Sunday) off to come to this Con... on the deal that I get him a few photos signed by some of these Leeds players. Fair enough deal :P  ;)
