Moderators Showmasters Pre Orders Posted May 18, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 18, 2016 Pre orders will be taken for this show. We are still working on details. It maybe we only offer a limited send in service. I would advise you order any guests that are doing this show AND a uk one such as Julie to order via the UK show. Queen_Sindel
The faster way to get a reply is to use the contact form on the Website, they'll only get on here when they have a Moment. If you do that I wouldn't do it before the end of the week though. They're only travelling back from London today and by tomorrow the "when will I get my item?" questions sill start anyway. Dent_1
How long does Pre-Orders take to respond to email? I sent one through their website 4 days ago but have not heard anything back yet. I know they will likely still be mailing out LFCC stuff but having never used the service before (and the Amsterdam show fast approaching) I have a few questions I need answering before I can use the service/send my stuff in. Queen_Sindel
After a Show like LFACC - where as you may have seen in another post the first E-Mail "where's my item???" got in 10 PM the Sunday of the Show - it can take a couple of days. 4 is not out of the ordinary. Dent_1
Right, its a week since I last emailed and have yet to hear a response. At what point to we say LFCC has been and gone? I don't want to sound a pedant but with Amsterdam only two weeks away and there being a need for the pre-order team to travel beforehand, what is the cut off date for sending in your own items? When should I just write the whole idea off if responses are not forthcoming? Or should I just send repeated emails, clogging up their inbox (something I have NOT done) hoping one gets picked up? I think in this day and age, communication needs to be a bit better.
Queen_Sindel
Sorry, but the mods are not involved at all with preordering. We can't answer those questions. The only way we have for contact is e-mails ourselves. I will try to bring this up with the office seeing if someone knows something, but this won't get a result before Tuesday. The amount of emails that have come in daily for lfcc has really killed things. Lfcc is not done yet and we've just had Sheffield. We are on course for over 2000 items in the space of a month.
