Good evening all,

Thanks for your patience in this page going live, Hopefully this is the first of many to come.

1st up we have a A2 Jabba Print. Actors will be added to it at each show and you will be emailed to pay for them as they sign. This is now for sale at http://NicGHf.jpg

All you pay for at the autographs, there are no extra charges and no charge for the print itself. With all the names above we are currently at £105. Only 30 of those are available to buy. Once the 30 are gone that is it.

With LFCC just around the corner we know that £105 is a fair amount to pay out so tomorrow night (7pm) when this goes live in the shop you will have the option to pay the full £105 or £50 which secures your Jabba print. The time frame for this is 2 years max. We already have more to add to it at later shows this year and at least 2 will be via private signings.

Shipping will be charged when the items are complete.

Any questions please feel free to ask. I will update this post if I need to over the next 24 hours if I need to.

JG

So, no one will have this in hand for 2 years? Seems a strange one.

How else would you complete a print like this unless you attended all the shows yourself? And, if you did attend all the shows, you'd have paid out a heck of a lot more than the completed print will cost!

Awesome idea, but I'm a bit confused (a common occurrence).

What's the difference between paying £105 now and £50? (yeah yeah, other than £55!). I mean is there a reason I would pay the £105 now instead of £50? Is it a different order? If I paid £50 when would the balance be due and how would I pay? Sorry. I'm sure I'm being a bit thick

It's simply a layaway. I imagine this is being offered because the offer came up so close to LFACC and some people don't have the cash to pay in full. Others who may not be going may have the money saved up.

HI All

Sorry LFCC has taken over.

As Queen has stated, the £50 was to guarantee your place in this on going project, the longer your wait the more expensive your outlay will become. Hopefully over the next couple of weeks we will have more names lined up at the next few shows to add to this project.

Am i reading right that we don't know what the final cost will be?

The text says that we are 'currently at £105, with two more names to be added at LFCC, and more in future. When would the final cost be confirmed?

probably hard to tell, but if you look at the photo there's just over 20 characters, most of which will not be the main 'stars' and will come into the £10-25 each category, but more likely 15 average. Therefore one is probably looking at £300-400 I'd guess unless you want to add others. Doesn't feel unreasonable to me....although appreciate the fun in actually collecting them all yourself!

  • 1 month later...

PS 1st signing to be announced 7pm on thursday. :)

Fingers crossed it's Norman Reynolds (with a send-in option) :)

You realise this is a Star Wars section of the forum?

??? Now go away and do some homework!

Apologies, I know who Norman Reynolds is. For some reason I read it as Norman Reedus! I guess I'm just so used to people suggesting him on here that it's ingrained into my brain! Mr. Reynolds would be an excellent signer.
