Though all other Galactica guests have been £15 and have been packed. I fear a similar thing may happen with Leonard if he's £20. Especially considering Noah Gray-Cabey is £15 (he's been in nine more episodes than Leonard), and Jack Coleman was also £15 (he's been in 16 more episodes than Leonard, which is literally double.) Some may say that Leonard's role in Buffy may be worth bumping him up another fiver, but I'd wager Jack's roles in Kingdom Hospital and Dynasty alone would be 'worth' more than half a season of Buffy. Usually the price for the photo session and the autograph is the same, but there have been differences. I'm pretty sure there was a 5 pounds difference for Joe Flanigan in Manchester, too.
