BuFF DaDDy Posted May 28, 2004 Share Posted May 28, 2004 It is deep regret that I inform you that Richard Biggs who most famously played Dr Franklin in Babyloon 5 has passed away in the early morning of 23/05/04. it is not sure yet how he died, but it is feared it was stroke or aneurysm.
