Aishaleherisson
I don't think it matters if you have your registration letter... (someone correct me if I'm wrong ^^; )
adriangill
Correct. You only require your e-mail confirmation if you have lost your registration letter. If you purchased your ticket at the last Hubt event then that may be why you have not got a e-mail confirmation. I have never received one when purchasing tickets at events. Queen_Sindel
If I am understanding the first post correct, the registration letter is in your hands, but you are missing the confirmation e-mail? If you have the letter you won't need the confirmation in addition. The confirmation e-mail is pnly important as back up paperwork in case the letter gets lost. As long as you don't lose the letter you are completely fine.

Doctor Who
This is sort of on topic, about a month ago I sent an email to Jola with the names of the people who my mum booked the tickets for when using her credit card as the registration letter told us to do. I just listed the names, our ticket numbers and the event which the tickets were for. Is that sufficient information? I'm just cautious as I know the names have to be confirmed very shortly. It should be fine though but just to make sure, it'd be great if someone could reply. Edited October 16, 2009 by Doctor Who

I did the same, as I had bought mine and a friend's ticket together and submitted the name of the second ticket holder to Jola like the letter said – she sent an email back straight away to confirm the info was now down on their lists, have you not had the same? Normally Jola would confirm, but sometimes stuff gets added to the list and there's no return e-mail sent if there's a lot of e-mails to deal with. Thanks, I don't know what we'd all do without you and the other moderators, you're a great help. You're welcome. And I like the easy questions like the one you asked. Doctor Who
Well I can safely say that I do respond to every email. Oh, my email or your email might have slipped through the net then. In that case, should I re-send the email? Edit: I've just forwarded the email which I sent on the nineteenth of September. In that case, should I re-send the email? Edit: I've just forwarded the email which I sent on the nineteenth of September. And I did already have this information - I definitely replied back to your email at the time. I've just also replied to the one you forwarded yesterday and it's bounced back as undeliverable we had to email the names of who's going? Yes, we ALWAYS need the names of the ticket holders - this is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions of sale, it is also re-iterated on the Registration Ticket Letter that is posted out to you. If you haven't done this, then you need to email me asap with the information on info@collectormania.com. If you have lost your Reg Ticket Letter, then you will need to bring a copy of your confirmation email that shows the tickets you have purchased to the show and the Reg Desk crew will be able to deal with any queries. I'm not sure why that's changed so I'll have to try and sort it out but I'm glad to know that you received the emails. Sorry for any inconveniences I may have caused.
