bobbyknobler
One should not have to run their pic through a mono filter to get an image they are happy with - and even that requires it to be properly exposed. I hope the SM guys are able to respond soon to our concerns on this.
Queen_Sindel
I can confirm you have not been forgotten. But I do not have a definite answer yet, sorry.
jacktothefuture
My buddy had a shoot with her and asked about the over exposure afterwards. The event staff said it was out of their hands, Pamela called the shots on the lighting/exposure apparently. I guess you don't spend that much time in front of a camera without knowing what light you look best in!

homerj
Has anyone heard anything back regarding the photo quality and refunds?
Queen_Sindel
Okay guys, I left this open as long as I could. So far everyone has been nice and simply voiced concerns, but unfortunately that has now changed. There have been too many inappropriate comments now that had to be hidden, so I am forced to close. I have followed up and I am still awaiting a reply. I have a feeling I know where the holdup is, but this is nothing I can discuss publically. If you really think I am keeping info from you and I am not honest you are absolutely welcome to e-mail the office directly.
