Apologies if this can be found elsewhere, but I tried FAQ's and could not find them :-

1. My wife has a Diamond Pass for RDA on Sat and his photoshoot is from 9:30am to 10:20am - what happens if she misses it due to the queue getting into the event ?

2. If you buy a photoshoot ticket (but don't have a Diamond or Gold pass) and it's too busy to use it - do you get your money back ?

1.  The queues move very quickly once doors open, you will be in ok time to get to this photo

2.  You don't need a gold or diamond pass to get through photo sessions, these passes just give you an extra priority.  There is no reason you would not get your photo and as such refunds are not given.

1 Won't be an issue entry is very quick.

2 No.  Please make sure you read the terms of any tickets you buy.  Especially now the schedule has been released you would know how busy you are
