Showmasters Admin showmasters Posted June 23, 2017 Showmasters Admin Share Posted June 23, 2017 Hi All As you may know we have been allowing "upgrades" from Photo Shoots or Talk Tickets to Diamond Passes, and Entry Tickets to Gold Passes. As the event is hot on our heels we have set a deadline for any requests to do this. In order to "upgrade" you are required to place a new order for the ticket you'd like, and send across both order numbers so that we can 1) See the new ticket and 2) Refund the original ticket. Please email shop@showmastersevents.com by Wednesday 5th July 2017 if you intend on "upgrading" your photo/talk or entry tickets with the following information: Name on order/ticket Order Numbers for original ticket and new ticket, with ticket types listed Many thanks! That's correct - if people want Diamond Passes they'll need to buy them straight off.
