Group Photoshoot Question

I think I know the answer to this already, but was seeking confirmation. I am interested in the Superman photoshoot - what an opportunity to have a photoshoot with the three baddies! If I buy a photoshoot and one of them pulls out can I have a refund? I am having individual shoots too so would only want this if they were all in it. Thanks and I apologise in advance if this has been addressed lots of times before. Don't send me to the Phantom Zone

I believe that refunds will only be given on group shots if all the guests cancel. If only one of them does, then they won't.

Wrong Name is correct. Usually if someone cancels SM will try to get a replacement - which in this case would be kind of hard unfortunately.

Not saying this will happen but on at least one occasion in the past (Red Dwarf group at EMS) when one guest didn't turn up they gave the option of either a partial refund and having the photo with the reduced cast or a full refund.

I think I remember that something similar happened with a Beverly Hills Cop group photoshoot last year where one guest cancelled and some asked for partial refunds/discounts but the price remained the same.
