Lurgan Slasher
Curious question to the many people who have been to these events in the past and I would like to know the answer to this. I know that guest a have selection of photos on their desk for you to get signed but if you bring your own item to get signed are you still able to take an unsigned photo from their selection on the desk or do you only get one of these it you pay to get it signed. Many thanks for any comments given.
natedammit
Yeah, usually you can take one. It's always sensible to ask first, just in case they are running low or something, but that's unlikely.
pink lady
The photos that are on the guest tables are provided for people who don't have their own items to be signed. Strictly speaking, people who have their items should not take them.
loveamyadams
The photos on the desk are part of the autograph price so your entitled to take one. you've paid for it, you don't get a discount for your own photo being signed.
Coles84
I have always been encouraged by SM staff to take one if I am getting my own item signed.
Gmorris2504
The photo on the desk is included in the price of an autograph. On the occasions I've asked its never been a problem. Only once was I told no but that's beacause the guest was very busy and they were running low towards the end of the day
xokimmi
It's included in the price, yes, so you're entitled to take one. I was told to take them last year by staff and took one for each guest when they were signing a personal item.
D4vem88
I have never been informed to take a photo off the desk after getting my own stuff signed. Last year I should have then walked away with 8 or 9 10x8s unsigned along with my own personal items.
Tony1975
Never thought about this before but I will start asking if I can take photo next time I have one of my own items signed.

adriangill
To clarify, the 10x8 images provided are free, and are not included as part of the autograph cost. They are primarily for people who do not have anything to get signed. If you have a personal item then you can also ask for an image. However Showmasters have the right to refuse if stock is low as this could result in somebody else who actually needs one missing out on an autographed item.
carnosoul
I had never thought about it too,i will need to ask the next time as a picture would be a good souvenir to have :-) Edited April 30, 2015 by carnosoul
