First day

So got here early, viewed everything, pretty good. Then got to the BBC shop, both of us had arms full of merchandise, stood for 40 minutes, then the crew went up and down with cameras taking photos, once they'd finished taking the photos they then told us that the queue was closed and that we had basically stood their for 40 minutes for nothing, other than their publicity stunt.This should have been dealt with and the queue closed if they had any doubts that they couldn't serve people in time. I hope this isn't an insight of things to come. Really not happy.

I stepped out of the queue, way too long just for a pair of mugs. I did mange to get the box set with busts at around 6.08pm though but at around 7pm the queue was mental and looked a waste of time.

This really is my one and only criticism. That queue for the BBC shop was insane. I hope they sort that tomorrow.

The queuing system for the BBC shop was total under the control of the BBC shop not the event or the organisers of the show, the event organisers did asked the BBC shop to manage the queue and it should be looked after from Saturday onwards.
