candymit
I booked my tickets. I was going to watch it on my sisters 3d tv, but then thought - it's the 50th - and it's in the cinema. How often does this happen

Rockstar6662
Bit silly at the beginning, lots of the usual shouting and running around that's been a staple of recent years but once it got past that and got darker and more verbal, very good indeed. Liked the exploration of the character and his past. Nice, if brief, integration of the previous Doctors and a brilliant cameo from my favourite Doctor at the end. Overall, best thing they've done for a long, long time and potentially sets up some interesting directions to go forward. Moderators StuartG2198 Posted November 23, 2013 Moderators Share Posted November 23, 2013 Yeh have to say even though I've only really watched it since Eccleston the Baker cameo was fantastic, all of the doctors together at the end was brilliant too, overall I really enjoyed it
Starbug
one of the best eps I have ever seen one word Fantastic
CD93
Whoever recorded the new lines for Mr. Hartnell did a great job. It took me a while to realise that 1st wouldn't have been calling the War Council of Gallifrey... as it didn't exist at the time.

GoldenGreen
A great episode, well done Mr Moffatt. Something for everyone there, no matter which Doctor you are a fan of and a pretty decent story as well , although I'm confused as to what happened in the gap between the Name of the Doctor and the Day of the Doctor ! timelord81r
yep i loved it too, wasnt expecting to, but the second trailer (which probably showed too much) got me pumped and I loved it. esp the docs taking the **** out of each other and the classic stuff throughout. the zygons, humm, part of me loved them, part of me thought they were underdeveloped and the facial extresions were off. they also seemed to not be able to move very well. the final 'bang' needed to be more visual also. but overall i loved it. shame the dvd and bluray are so sparse on extras, not even the deleted scene thats on the website! can the mods not move this to the doctor who section? Queen_Sindel
can the mods not move this to the doctor who section? Oops. Hadn't even noticed it was in another section. Done now.
