I think the popular choice will be a muti doctor story, though realisticly i doubt it would have many more than four diffrent Doctors.

 

My vote goes to the time wars, story wise it would be the most intresting, and would make sense to incorperate several diffrent points in time that could explain the presence of mutiple Doctors.
