Firstly i would advise all attendees to pay for and have posted all their tickets including photoshoots. Please remember to pay for postage when you order. You can pay via paypal direct from the website or call me to pay by credit card, postal orders, cheques or cash. On the day You can pay for all show tickets, lectures and photoshoots at the front desk in cash or by credit card. Paying for autographs On the day you can pay for autographs in cash or buy autograph vouchers to spend within the show. These can be exchanged exactly the same as cash when you buy autographs from the guests. The only exception is Buzz Buzz will have his own credit card machine and will not be accepting autograph vouchers. He will accept cash or credit cards direct through his terminal. All credit card payments for Buzz will be charged in dollars as he will be using his US card machine at the show. We will publish a list at the show which will show what the dollar equivalent of the sterling prices that have already been announced. This will be based on the dollar/ pound rate on the day of the show although there may a slight difference due to exchange rates. Please be aware and if you have any issues with this, we would advise you to ensure you have bring sufficient cash with you. Children As always we welcome accompanied children at Autographica, They enter the show for free but must pay for photoshoots or lectures. Children benefit greatly from meeting the astronauts and it's something to brag about when they return to school. This year we will be giving away free gifts to our smaller visitors. So please no adults dressing in shorts just to get the gifts !! Photoshoots Firstly all photoshoots are priced per person. If you are in the photo even if you are a child you must have a ticket. Because of the tight schedule this year we have to keep strictly to time. So if you miss your shoot time you will not get another chance. Please study the schedule when we publish it to make sure you don't miss out. Weekend Pass free autograph The weekend pass entitles you to get 1 free autograph from Rusty Waugham Show etiquette Finally Please respect the guest signs at their signing tables. If it say's no photos it means no photo's. If it says no posed photo's it means no posed photo's. No signs means you are free to take photos with the guest or of the guest. We have always had a relaxed atmosphere at autographica with regards to photos but at the signing tables please respect the signs. Drinks reception Friday night The friday night drinks reception is open to Weekend pass, Deluxe,Vip and VIP photo pass holders only. This is a relaxed atmosphere and a chance to mingle with our guests. You may take photos but please ask first as some guests may not want to be disturbed. Strictly no autographs. Free winewill be served to those over 18. Please don't expect to stay in the reception all night as the wine does and will run out at some point. Sat night Gala Dinner and reception This is only open to Gala Dinner ticket holders and VIP pass and Vip Photo pass holders. The reception serves free wine and wine will also be on the table. Your seats are assigned and are displayed at the reception. They are non negotiable and non moveable. Please do not move the place cards to be nearer a guest. Anyone caught doing this will be removed. It is not fair to all the other attendees. Anyone with food allergys or vegetarian please notify me beforehand. A vegetarian option is always available. Children are welcome at the dinner but please make sure they are well behaved. Unforunatley we cannot allow babies at the dinner.
