carolgreen405
well...what is your definition of "cosplay"? Is it really necessary to look exactly alike with a particular character? How about wearing a Japanese-styled uniform with random wigs? Some think that wearing plainly a wig isn't cosplay... Den what about wearing a costume without the actual wig? Air your thoughts here!! Everyone have their own opinions, so pls dont flame
Padawan_Ra'Zen
I feel cosplay is a way to showcase your work, and although I do tend to be kinda anal with regard to accuracy, I don't mind people just wearing an anime wig or whatever. I don't feel you have to look like your character, because let's face it, how DOES a british anime fan look like a japanese character with massive eyes? Besides, Original Character cosplay is the best idea ever. If you don't look exactly like the character, make your own (an evil twin etc.) The main thing for me is to have fun and make peoples' days when you turn up like their favourite character and they can get a picture taken with you y'know? And that is what Cosplay means to me. I hope to get 5 stars for that answer XD
