The email address I have sent from is megmac3901@virginmedia.com.  I have been the victim of many Showmasters spam-ups over the years but at LFCC you were clearly out of your depth. Rather than them ignoring you, it's possible that your emails are simply not getting to them. It's very unlikely that they'd just ignore you, they work extremely hard to keep their customers happy.
