adriangill
Phew! Finally confirmed with a release of November 2012 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-12168421 Daniel Craig has fast become a favourite Bond of mine, just eclipsed by Sean Connery. I was getting concerned that if it wasn't sorted out soon he would either be unavailable or just wouldn't want to do it. Mainly the latter. timelord81r
I love bond, really loved the last 2 although QOS water plot was a bit thin and it was a bit short. they need to get a better credits song and montage, QOS was rubbish (the credits montage) craig is a great bond, Im very partial to dalton though
adriangill
Agree about Dalton. He was my second favourite until Craig came along.
bunny-summers
I'm not a Daniel Craig fan. He's not the Bond that Flemming wrote especially as he is too young and blonde. I don't personally find him a good actor and the new Bond films are just a new spy action thriller to me. But that is of course just my opinion. I'm a Connery / Brosnan fan. They fit the bill for Bond and they had some of the best film imho.
adriangill
Just thought that I would mention that Daniel Craig was 38 when Casino Royale was released. George Lazenby 30 for his debut and Sean Connery 32. The others were all in their 40's I enjoyed Pierce. It was just that for me his version is not quite as gritty as Dalton, Craig, Connery. There was a bit more of the tongue-in-cheek stuff. Although nowhere near as much as Roger Moore.
timelord81r
I like all the bonds, dalton I think is may fav as he is a bit more human, a bit more dangerous and spontanious and I love his 2 stories especially L2K, as a kid is was moore who was my fav. i think brosnan had a very good mix of all the bonds, in some ways he was the perfect bond, though he could of done with being a bit more physical and having a few more fights, shame he got lumbered with the cgi age also. though goldeneye is still awesome! connery is just a legend. u dont need to defend him, he was an amazing bond i think craig is really good, he deff brings the steely killer back and the action is far more tough and realistic than alot of bond of the past, in the past it was very much a karate chop there and a punch here lol, now its proper brutal combat which I like. but although craig has the steely eyed killer down and even the jokes to a degree he needs to shine in the basic dialogue more or be given a bit more dialogue lol. id like to see a few more stunts like casino royal (but not edited so choppy) that crane sequence in royal is amazing but everytime bond lands it cuts almost giving the impression the end bit is a different person were in alot of the cases it wasnt. ive always had a soft spot for lazenby, I love OHMSS (aside the 4th wall bit at the start) i think he is very similar to connery and its a shame he didnt go on with it a few more. Christoff
I quite like Daniel Craig, though he's not my favourite. I always liked Roger Moore the most growing up, but then Pierce Brosnan came and took the #1 spot for me. I've not even seen Quantum of Solace yet, need to get round to watching that before the next film comes out
