  1. As far as I am aware the air conditioning was on, it only appeared to be somewhat effective on level 3 though.
  2. The Diamond Pass photo shoot issue is being investigated by Showmasters. Apologies to those concerned.
  3. To clarify, the 10x8 images provided are free, and are not included as part of the autograph cost. They are primarily for people who do not have anything to get signed. If you have a personal item then you can also ask for an image. However Showmasters have the right to refuse if stock is low as this could result in somebody else who actually needs one missing out on an autographed item.
  4. Signings take place all day, whenever a guest is not at a photo shoot/talk/lunch.
  5. Lost items are normally returned to the office after an event. That said it is possible they are heading straight to the next event in Newcastle so it may take a bit longer. Either way the best thing to do is to email info@showmastersevents.com
  6. Some people use post-it notes attached to the item being signed with their name on to help the guest. You could do that and also specify the required colour on that. I know it's still asking but it's a different way.
  7. They are, http://www.btowstore.com/epages/Store2_Shop1309.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Store2.Shop1309/Products/LFCC15BakerCostumePHOTOsun&ViewAction=ViewProduct http://www.btowstore.com/epages/Store2_Shop1309.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Store2.Shop1309/Products/LFCC15BakerPHOTOsun&ViewAction=ViewProduct
  8. Maybe Too Tall is going to dress up as a Wampa. Photo shoots may cost you an arm and leg though.
  9. Schedules are normally posted in the week leading up to an event. Sometimes a bit earlier. If duo/group shoots are possible then they will be added as and when.
  10. Bring prints of your emailed payment confirmations from the online shop to the event.
  11. Not yet. It can take up to five working days for the banks to process a transaction. As posted above they have just been completed. It is in the hands of the banks now.
  12. It depends on the guest. Some like to provide their own images. Others are happy for SM to provide images.
  13. There are Early Bird tickets on sale. Viewed is just that. Your order has been viewed.
  14. As posted, the line up for that event is pretty finalised. With events like LFCC there can be a lot of changes even in the last few weeks/days leading up to it.
  15. They are sister companies. ME use a smaller selection of the SM crew.
  16. The email address is shop@showmastersevents.com You will need to provide your order number etc Be aware it can take up to 5 working days for banks to process transactions. It's not always instant.
  17. Suggestions are welcome. There is already a thread here, http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=81814&page=10#entry1867144
  18. David has done a tour of Europe before, including the UK.
  19. Regarding the Star Wars guests layout it just based on how busy they are expected to be. Ian and Carrie being the busiest and having their own booths. Billy would expected to be busier than Kenny, Dave, and Jeremy as they are more frequent with their appearances. The VT guests were based primarily one side and non-VT the other.
  20. Try the contact page http://www.showmasterssales.com/contactus.html
  21. It's Sherlock. The answers are there. When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.
  22. It is a system that has been up and running for quite some time now at SM events.
