F*****g yes! I've waited years for this! -
Why has Sigourney Weaver not done a show yet?
gabriel777 replied to Dent_1's topic in Guest Suggestions
Absolutely, I have an Alien quadrilogy boxset and I've got many autographs over the years in the booklet. I would love to see more guests from the franchise, I think Sigourney would come eventually. -
I queued for about 30 minutes for that, and walked out closer to 3. More wasted time.

The two girls managing Ian Mcdiarmid's line at the table area had the worst attitudes I've ever come across, disgusting to be honest.

I'll break down my experience into some simple points. 1. You could see months ago this was going to be the biggest event yet (I bought a silver pass back in Jan because I knew I wouldn't see my guests without it) but new guests were constantly added without any thought on limits. Hence the crowd. 2. The crowds weren't managed, I could find any showmasters team members I had to ask others and security and venue staff for directions on queues and doors. No signs either. 3. Despite a silver pass I was turned away due to signing times and photoshoots not being allowed to remain to queue up, then virtual queue people were allowed to jump in front of me. 4. The staffs attitudes (the ones working with the biggest guests) were disgusting! Very obnoxious even aggressive. 5. The lack of communication, the poor guys at the front dealing with people had no knowledge of what was happening. The experience has put my partner off coming to London again as the crowds were giving her panic attacks, its also made me question spending that time and money again. I feel disappointed after this 500 pound spend. -
Had a great time, got in early But

I agree about the venue, in 10 years its gone from half of Earls Court to the whole place and next door too where entire comic-cons have taken place. It was far too busy because of the great guests if anything there were too many guests here in general I could see that from the site that it was too big, I struggled with the crowds despite my silver pass. My girlfriend was having panic attacks too because of the space. -
My gf is coming on the sunday, again most friends arent into sci-fi as they think they are!

Yes epic! I met him the first time around but since I've been building my Aliens DVD booklet with autographs I can finally get him on it. -
