  1. I would say so, yes. Talks normally don't start after standard opening anyway, so the time slot for morning talks is rather small in general. Thank-you! Won't be in London until the afternoon and was worried I would probably miss it.
  2. Wasn't the Crib just wonderful in every one of his episodes? What a wonderful actor! He's is my favourite companion ever, without a doubt!
  3. GERONIMO!!!!!!!!!! Matt Smith is going to be epic, you just watch! New Series Trailer
  4. I wouldn't bother with what it says, its to written to get a reaction. This David Lowe has to be a fan who must of had a bad experience. perhaps he expected a chat with Barrowman while 100's of people waited behind him, I don't know! Seems strange as Autographica got a good review. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/featu...not-Waynes.html
  5. The Doctor wasn't evil in the Waters of Mars, he was just very arrogant and had a air of superiority about him. That is what The Doctor has been like ever since the first episode in 1963. From the first story onwards, Hartnell's Doctor is totally dismissive of Ian and Barbara and treats then like primitives, trapping them in the TARDIS, taking the mickey out of them and taking them around space and time against their will. There's many episodes, with different Doctors where he is scornful of the local populous and believes as a Time Lord, he knows better. The 6th Doctor's character was all about being abrasive and arrogant. The 7th Doctor liked to play games with time, destoryed Skaro and treated Ace like crap. The new series has started to slowly develop the character back to what a Time Lord should be like. The classic series didn't potray the Time Lords in a good light, they were always arrogant and abrasive, very much like The Doctor was at the end of Waters of Mars.
  6. For those who like Doctor Who, as well as animation, David Tennant is starring in the six-part 'Dreamland', which sees The Doctor land at the (in)famous Area 51 in the 50's. Georgia Moffat and David Warner guest star. The episodes will be released daily online and on the red button, with two already out. The full 45 minute story will be showed in full on BBC Two on 5th December. You can watch it online at the Doctor Who website here
  7. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8362367.stm Star of Callan, The Wicker Man and The Equalizer, Edward Woodward died today at the age of 79. A truly superb actor, who took over the screen in whatever role he played. I remember being obessed with The Equalizer when I was a kid, which must explain a lot! Thanks for memories Edward! First moments of The Equalizer
  8. Yep, superb piece of television, wonderful acting all round and what a bas**d The Doctor was at the end! This is what Doctor Who should be about! With the amount of fans who fawn over him like he's some popstar (that's no criticism btw! It's just that i find popstars to be very poor and tacky!) I find its hard to remember what an incredible actor David Tennant is. Just watch the last two minutes and you'll find out why! For those who missed it, here's the IPlayer link Can't wait until Christmas niw, actually looking at my wallet - I can!
  9. Has anyone realised that this 'filming project' may be series 3 of Ashes to Ashes?
  10. The writers strike will be blamed for affecting Heroes at its peak, but I'd blame it on poor writing!
  11. Whack it in your diaries NOW. Remember its on a SUNDAY!
  12. For those who missed it http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/search/?q=the...%20jane%20smith
  13. It is actually explained why all that stuff happens. This is a family show, so 'silly' stuff will always happen. As for the cast changes? It happens in most shows, Douglas Henshall wanted to move on and to be honest by the end of the series he wasn't really missed, as Jason Fleyming did such a great job. Watch series 3, its much better!
