They are giving refunds at the Sales desk in the form of vouchers for anyone who is unhappy.

So people are obviously getting refunds. This isn't on. We are being told here that it's Pamela's request and nothing will be done despite being really unhappy with them....and yet some people are obviously getting their money back.

I'm sorry but letting Gold Pass members in 5 minutes early is not hard. Yet somehow every year it's something Showmasters fail on. We were hearing in the line that GE had done all bag checks before we had even started. I just don't get it...

I'm doing the same. If no improvement today I'll look to get a refund on mine tomorrow.

They were pretty terrible. It won't let me post mine to show you. We both look like we are stood directly next to the Sun. Everyone was complaining around the printer but nobody would accept it.

She was lovely but the lighting on the photos with her was awful. I'm not sure what happened but everyone's photos with her look like they are taken next to the Sun.

I mean for example if you had a photo shoot ticket for Alyson for example, do you have to take note of the batch or can you go up at any time with the Gold Pass?

Hi Guys, Do Gold Pass holders get to join in the queue of any photo session? There was some confusion about this in the queue when picking up passes earlier. Thanks!

So can you confirm that ALL people in the Gold Pass queue will get be in before the normal line starts moving? And that the 5 minute window doesn't start when the FIRST Gold Pass holder enters?

You would need to get their super early to be sure of not missing it.

Has anyone responded to the complaints about Gold Pass holders having to spend their 5 minute early entry time crossing the venue? I've seen complaints but no responses. You can also guarantee that 5 mins starts as soon as the first Gold Pass holder gets in and not the last. So if you are not first in that Gold queue there will be plenty of non Gold Pass people getting VQ tickets before you. Seems completely unfair considering the extra money paid...

It's crazy. We pay all that money and it looks we like we get no advantage whatsoever. See you in line!

They would have tried their best. They know how much much of a rare opportunity it was. I'm absolutely gutted about it to be honest.

I don't even have that photo shoot booked but can see why people should get their money back if desired on that. It's no longer the 3 villains. It's a completely different product.
