Ok once i thought i had it all worked out this group Moffat photo thingy throws a spanner in the works: now the edge Matt had over the other 2 is been cut and they start individually at the same time (unless theres very little group shoots and it starts early). What am i suppose to do now? Tell the volunteers i gotta be in others 2 studios at that same Hour? (That would still leave Peter last as hes batch 11; Matt is 8 and Chris is 6)

All right This is gonna be my second Showmasters after Collectormania 24 in Birmingham and i need all the advice i can get about clashings on Sunday. Paul McGann, David Bradley and Arthur shouldnt be a problem at all but then there´s the NuWho Doctors on the afternoon (yes, with my batch numbers there no way i can get them in the morning). Theres a bit of margin with Matt but Chris and Peter are doing it at the same time. Here are my batches Matt Smith- Batch 8 Chris Eccleston- Batch 6 Peter Capaldi- Batch 11 The logical course would be to leave Peter last, but i´d like to know an expert´s opinion (besides, A LOT of people are gonna have the same problem that day) I´ll try to get to Olympia as early as i can i the morning from my hotel near the airport.

OK, the schedule is finally up so ill have a few doubts before making the final preparations for tomorrow First of all (coming on sunday): ill preorder the shoots tomorrow morning and since two clash i´ll probably do this: Colin Baker and Bonnie in the morning for studio B, then John Barrowman and Tony Curran for the afternoon in A so i dont have any clashes and that will allow me perhaps to attens a couple of talk im interested in. You reckon that´s sensible? Also, for the John "all ticket holders" means i dont have to order any special batch when i buy tomorrow, right? Also, im only on Birmingham for that sunday so i won´t be in any hotel: i have only a backpack and a travel bag to carry in my hand. I´ll be more than happy to let them get search for safety, but i gotta ask: can i keep them with myself once inside? I have important stuff inside (passport, hotel reservations...) and i much rather keep in near me at all times with me. Finally, my ticket is for general admission at 10am; i´ve never been to NEC before so should i wait anywhere nearby the entrance in order to pay attention and so not wait much on queau to get in? Thank you very much in advance.

Hmmm...its certainly a possiblity. The theater finished around 21:30 on saturday and it´s around the National Gallery. But i´d have to know where to pick it up and if Birmigham International is a stop on the route

Yeah i know, but that´s just how it is always. Calculated risk. It´s the first train in the morning so let´s just hope for the best. Mostly Colin Baker, Bonnie and Tony Curran. I already know about the Virtual Quaeu System for John Barrowman, so waiting for that is not a problem (the phot im still thinking about)

Greetings! On Sunday June the 4th; i´ll be attending the event for the first time ever; as i´m coming from overseas (Spain) to spend the weekend in the UK for a couple of conventions and a theatre play in London. I´m waiting for the schedule to come up before preordering anyhting as i have a bit of a fear: My train to Birmingham International will leave from London Euston at 7:52 am on that same day and it´s due to arrive a few minutes after 10:00 am (as i understand its a veru short walk to NEC). Basically i don´t wanna buy any photoshoots just to have them already wrapped up just before i get there. Maybe im worrying a bit too much since the schedule is kinda tight but; anyone has any advice for me?
