Hi all, I wonder if anybody can advise who I should contact re missing refunds from the pre-orders? I ordered two Val Kilmer autographs at £60 each (£120) but have only been refunded £60 - therefore my card is currently outstanding by £60. I've emailed the preorders email address twice in the space of a month and had no response - I wondered if there was an additional email address I should be using to reach out for help? Thanks!

Oh no!! I already have a Sam photo op for the Sunday (pounced on it when it was announced) and I now find out there will be a green screen - which I obviously NEED in my life Do you think I can order the green screen and get a refund on my normal op, or have I missed the boat altogether now?

I'm still missing 5 orders (totalling 15 autographs) as well as my refund for a dedicated Tom Pelphrey photo (cancelled guest) as well as refunds for x3 Christopher Lloyd dedications and x2 John Cleese dedications. I've emailed Jason twice over the past fortnight chasing... starting to feel this is all a bit of a swizz now and I've been robbed of over £700!!!!!

I bought photo tickets over the weekend and not received these via post and I will arrive tomorrow - am I just able to show my PayPal email confirmation at the venue and collect the Photoshoot tickets there?

Hi - sorry, me again! I've pre-purchased photo-shoot tickets for a few people I want to meet, including George Johnson - however, I've noticed that George Johnson's photoshoot is only from 11:50-11:55 - does this mean that once the five minutes is over the shoot will stop and anybody waiting will lose their money and opportunity? Just concerned that I have bought a number of photo-shoots and may potentially not actually have the opportunity for them to take place? Thanks

Hello all, This will be my first Autograhica event I am attending (in fact I've never been to anything like this before). I read about the dress code for Saturday's dinner - I just wondered if a dress code applied for during the days? i.e. Are jeans allowed throughout the day? I know this is a ridiculously basic question - I just wanted to make sure I arrived fully prepared! I've been reading through all of the threads and they have all been really useful! Thank you to all who have posted :)
