QS I have to add that I learned this weekend that it clearly depends who's the one in the red shirt you are talking to. a) I received more than one wrong answer to a clear question red shirts minds are so changeable (and no, that is not amusing!) c) if you know a red shirt personally it does not matter, which ticket type you've got, you'll get through That answers as well how my con went so far.

Maybe for some readers/writers I created a misunderstanding. I did not just book to see BC or MF. I've got my pics with both of them already, as well as autographs. Not to forget I attended last years sherlocked as well. On a side note, please consider, that each and every person might have another reason to go to conventions. My main reason to start writing was the discrepancy between between value and promised lets say denomination. Up to now the plat-ticket price is just close to being covered.... But as stated on the page as well... "Guests may be announced right up until the event opens." Last but not least, I went to several "Chevron's" run by Massive Events and always enjoyed those events - so I still think that the issue might be solved one way or another.

You are absolutely correct Raylenth. That's a completely personal trust-problem I suffer. Usually I would not have raised my voice, because - as said - it's my problem. But in comparison to what is promised the ticket is not worth the GBP850 as stated on the offical ticket website. That's the main issue I've got. Therefore I like to repeat my question to find someone (staff I suppose it should be) explaining the difference between what was promised in writing and what I (we) get now. P.S. I really appreciate this fair and open discussion without being "hated" for my opinion and question. Thanks a lot to all of you.

I wonder if it might be explained how the "Package value if purchased individually in excess of £850." for the platinum ticket might be reached? Pls enlighten me. Each human being might have various reasons to visit a convention - mine is BC or MF. Announcing Lead Guests (which indicates more than one) is another nasty way to get peaple buying tickets. Yes, my posting is personal and emotional, but hey - even though it was never been said BC or MC might be attending - I'm feeling not like a valued customer.

So many pretty ideas. I love them all. And I see there is a hard time for some of you to decide :)

Just in case that either B or M would join... I think about The Hobbit steelcases (sacrilege!) :) It might not fit perfectly to Sherlock - but I'd like it a lot. On the other hand I've got a 120x80 framed canvas which might be de-framed to be signed. What are your plans?
