I ordered 2 tickets and chose to pay them by my mastercard. That was on the 8th January 2013 and although I have received an email confirming everything, the payment has not been debited from my card. As this is unusual, I was wondering if anyone else had the same thing happen to them and if not who should I contact about it to make sure I'm getting my tickets?

I am attending the Middle Earth Convention with my daughter and want to book a hotel room in the venue hotel, however the website does not appear to offer a link to do this online. Can anyone help me book a room? Thanks
