  1. Make it Vienna please!!! I travelled so much the last years, so please make it easy for the Austrians this time...
  2. YES! There was not much "Star Trek feeling" in the room (no decoration, etc...) but, to be honest, I went there for getting autographs and pictures. And that was exactly what I got. My opinion: fantastic event!
  3. Jeff Combs - he is a wonderful, friendly man and I saw him both days. On Saturday I went there to get his autograph. I was a bit nervous, because I really wanted to see him for years. After shakehands and a "nice to meet you" he signed my picture and another one for my mum. He was smiling all the time. I had my pocket camera with me and wanted to take a picture of him, signing my picture. He looked at me, stood up and said to his assistance, she should take a picture of us. She couldn't handle the camera and was holding it wrong way around. We were waiting and then we both said to her that it would help, to turn it around. We all started loughing. It's a very nice picture of Jeff and me. I told him, we'll see again on Sunday for the fotoshoot. At the fotoshoot I had the feeling, he remembered me from the day before. So I was standing there, totally happy to hug him and waited for the fotographer to take the picture. Nothing happend, the flashlight didn't work. He tried it several times till he could take the picture. I was so happy to have some extra-hugging-time with my favourite actor. Wonderful moments... I also met a few of the other guests and every single person I met was wonderful in his/her way... Scott Bakula: a funny and very friendly man. I had a picture signed for my mum and he told me, I should tell her that he is very sorry, she is not here. Gwynyth Walsh: the fotoshooting was sooo funny and she told me, that she likes my (selfmade) dress. Dominic Keating: such a nice guy who seemed to like it, to be with his fans. Fantastic. Eddie Paskey: always a pleasure. At another convention I had an autograph of him, this time a fotoshoot. He ist a wonderful person. Andrew Robinson: who was smiling from one ear to the other when I told him, Garak was one of my favourite characters on DS9 and he did a lot of good work. These person were absolut highlights for me, but I met some more and everyone was fantastic... So many wonderful moments to remember...
  4. I got my William Shatner autograph at another convention, he did no personalisations then.
  5. @Queen_Sindel: Thanks for your help. It was no problem to call them, had a nice chat. . I've already printed out everything I've got, I've sent them the information they where asking for and I'm sure, it will work and there will be 2 brilliant days. German was close, Austrian would be right! Greetings from Vienna!
  6. Thanks a lot, Queen_Sindel, I've already called them and they told me, that there are different reasons, why that could happend. Exactly what you said, or maybe because there are so many different items in one booking (5 photo shoot tickets) or because it's a credit card from Austria. I'm gonna send them the details and hope, everything will be alright when I try to collect my tickets at the event.
  7. Yes, I'll do that. It sounds really strange. I've tried (without to confirm anything!!!) to go on the site and find the "Customer Service" thing. When you put in the reference number a kind of "shopping basket" is coming up with the message: "Please note that we are currently waiting for you to verify this order before we can release the tickets. An email/letter was recently sent to you with full details of the verification process. Please check you email inbox and spam folders. If you wish to discuss the issue further, please contact us using the message box below." I'll let you know, what they tell me on the phone! Thanks anyway!
  8. I received an e-mail from cardverification@seetickets.com where it says, they need a kind of confirmation, that the card is really mine... Now I don't know if there happend a mistake and it's a real request of the company or if it's a fake thing... I just got it for one order of a few photo shoot tickets, not for my entrance tickets, not for the other order for photo shoots or the bridge shoot... Anyone got the same e-mail or got an idea, what that could be? Sounds a bit strange to me: "As an added security measure to help prevent card fraud we are writing to request that you provide See Tickets with a copy of a recent statement for the card used to place the order for PHOTO SHOOT TICKETS at ExCeL London, London on 19th - 21st October. All transaction and balance amounts can be blanked out if you wish. We only require hard copy verification of your name, address and the last four digits of the card number if shown. Please fax to 0115 9454583 or alternatively you may scan the statement and e-mail it to cardverification@seetickets.com quoting booking reference (here it says my booking reference number). If you have an online account then please fax or email a screen shot showing either your name and address or name and the last four digits of the card number. If you email the details then please send the attachment in a word document or a jpg format. Incorrect details or failure to provide the information may lead to this order and any orders not yet dispatched being cancelled. If we have had no contact within 7 days a full refund will be applied to the credit/debit card used for payment. All documentation received will be handled in confidence in compliance with the Data Protection Act. Many thanks in advance for your co-operation and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you do not receive confirmation that we have received your details or if you have any questions please contact us at http://www.seeticket...CustomerService or call 01159 129000. 9. I'll be dressed both days. I've made a blue TOS dress some month ago for another convention and I really liked to wear it, so I decided to make a red one as well. I've also made my very own TOS padd with lights (it's a folder as well, so I can use it for my fotos and autographs). I really would like to wear something more special than the TOS dress on one day (I've already finished work on my Lwaxana dress, I've made an Andorian uniform,...), but I'll come by plane and we'll stay for some more days in London, so it won't work with the weight of the suitcase...
  10. @Queen_Sindel Thank you very much for your quick and detailed answer! Have a nice day, greetings from Austria!
  11. good morning, is it possible to say, how long it will take till the schedule for the photosessions will be published on the homepage? I haven't got an idea, how many pictures would be possible on one day - I don't want to buy 4 tickets and all the stars will have their photosessions the same time and I have to chuck the tickets that are already payed... as far as I know, daytickets can only be collected the day they are valid. I've got two single day tickets (things changed and I can visit the event two days, so I had to buy another dayticket) and one of my phototickets I've already booked is valid for Sunday, I've used the right reference number (of the dayticket of the same day) and now the phototicket has got a different number. will that cause any troubles when picking it up? thanks for your answers V'Reni
