    i know a lot of people who are wary of using their bank card online or just don't have credit cards. just a bit of advice you can get prepay credit cards now where you can use them like a regular credit card but you can only spend what you load onto the card. perfect for ordering things like entry tickets and photoshoots without going into debt or if you have poor credit. you can get them at the post office or order them on line through many places like virgin money. i allways use them for showmasters events ( and booking football tickets, theatre tickets etc). Proberbly not what the original post was asking about but it might help someone on here if they think they have to wait until the event to purchase tickets on the actual door ( or desk) if they have no access to a card.

    there's usually a number of dealers who sell photos from thier tables and some like 'stateside stills' (who allways support showmasters events) have sections of stock concentrating on show guests only. unlikely you won't be able to get what you want.

    its about time they changed it. using it all the time looks like all the photos i'm in have been photoshopped.

    stars like signing 'pics with' photos. it means they are unlikely to be sold on for profit.

    great news for my mate who loves the wrestling guests. he's working in Belfast for those dates and is going to the con.

    allways good to met the up and coming stars. harder to meet when they have become world champs and Conner looks like he could be the next one to hit the big time.

    Gene Hackman isn't technically a first time signer as he has done plenty of book signings in the US ( he's now a best selling author). not sure if we're counting that as a convention signer though.

    its just a bit of fun isn't it. so i don't mind the announcements and guessing games before them. Don't take things so seriously people. its just a hobby and possibly a day out if you like the event or the guests.

    Its rare i go straight to the online ordering for tickets when a guest is announced but had to this time as he is simply one of the greatest sportsman of all time. no way i was missing out. I apoligise to the gas and electric company but your bill won't be paid on time this month. I'd rather sit in the dark and freeze than miss Pele.thank you showmasters!

    one of life's true gentleman. Allway's pleasant, smiling and even during his recent battle against illness never stopped being polite, curtious and friendly to anyone that approached him. he'll be sadly missed. Thank you for 'Alien', 'The Elephant man' and so many great movies and tv.

    would hope its George Foreman. one of the few boxers from years ago i haven't yet met.

    Mike Tyson can no longer come to the UK, the law changed last year to tighten up rules on overseas convicted sex offenders. previously he could enter if the home office no longer considered him a danger and he could show his entry would generate financial gain for the UK but the Government has now changed its acceptance guidelines , they are no longer accepted as reasons for entry and he was refused a visa last year. basically the UK brought themselves into line with the USA that if you have a conviction for a sex offence there's no justifable reason to be allowed in at any time except to give evidence in a court case at request of the police.

    i like this event, sorry to see it canceled. must admit i was not going to attend this time around as no guests i wanted to travel for . perfectly understandable that it will be moved to another date if theres little interest being created or you can't get the guests you'd need this time around. shame for people allready booked up but thats the risk of doing anything well in advance. Hopefully the next event will be a success. good luck.

    not a guest for me as i'm not a fan of anything he's done but i do know a load of people who are really happy with this announcement. so pleased for them as he seems to be amazingly popular.
