I'm still waiting for four autographs. Jason emailed on 10 Dec to say he was sorting it, but have heard nothing since and my follow up emails have been ignored!

Still waiting for four autographs which cost circa £200! Jason emailed on 12 Oct to say he would look into it, since then I have heard nothing and all follow up emails have been ignored! It's been nearly two months now, nevermind the fact that LFCC was over four months ago!! Absolutely furious that I used this service to 'guarantee' getting Tom Wilsons and Tom Skerritts (last UK con) autographs and instead have neither, especially when coupled with the appalling customer service!

Received eight of my preorders about two weeks ago, but I'm still waiting for four others. Emailed Jason two weeks ago and he said he'd look into it, but haven't heard anything since. I emailed again three days ago, but still nothing.

I still haven't received any of my preorders or my dedication refunds. I emailed Jason 11 days ago from the email I placed the orders on and provided the order numbers and haven't had a reply! This is now getting ridiculous, LFCC was two months ago! I have already decided against preordering for Cardiff and Berlin and am hoping I don't experience the same problems with my Sheffield preorders!

I'm also waiting on 12 autographs and a refund for 2 x dedications. Emailed Jason on Friday and am yet to hear back.

I have a clash on the Saturday with the paid Will Wheaton and Alien talks. As it's impossible to do both, do I just email the office to ask for a refund?

This is my first LFCC and I only knew that I would be able to attend a couple of weeks ago. I was going to buy my photo shoots then, but thought I would wait and get them all in one go seeing as lots of guests were still being announced. For future reference, is there any notification on the store when tickets are running low?

Tried to buy a photo shoot for Hayden Panettiere for the Saturday, but the online store says sold out, i'm gutted! Will there be anymore available if there's demand or any available on the day? Hayden was my main reason for attending and I can only make the Saturday. :-(
