latest guest announcement - GILLIAN ANDERSON
adamthemusicfan replied to showmasters's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2012
I would like to meet her, but I wonder how much the autograph will cost? It could be around £35 or more I'm expecting. If I go to meet her then I might get The X-Files: I Want to Believe poster signed by her, which I already got signed by Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz in 2008. -
Latest Guest Announcement - ANTHONY HEAD

Awesome. I'm definitely getting his autograph. I loved the Buffy series during my childhood years and getting the chance to meet one of the cast members is like a dream come true. Thanks for the great news. How much is it for his autograph? -
Entertainment Media Show Sept 28th to 30th
adamthemusicfan replied to showmasters's topic in Entertainment Media Show
I hope the guest line up will be a lot more tempting than the line up so far for London Film and Comic Con, which doesn't seem to be as appealing compared to last year. -
I recently wondered if any of these guests would be likely to attend: - Kevin Smith (Director: Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Clerks 2, Red State) - Linda Hamilton (Terminator 1 and 2) - Paul Verhoeven (Director: Total Recall, Starship Troopers, Robocop) - Milla Jovovich (The Fifth Element) - Luc Besson (Director: Nikita, Leon, The Fifth Element) - Julliette Lewis (Natural Born Killers) - Danny Elfman (Music: Mars Attacks, Ed Wood and most Tim Burton films)
-
I wonder if Sara Lee Lucas (former Marilyn Manson drummer) will be able to attend the event? I told him about the dates for the London Film and Comic Con, since he asked me on Facebook when the event will be happening. Fingers crossed he will be there.

Not a bad guest announcement. I might get my Planet Terror dvd cover signed by both of them since I don't have a lot of space left in my room to fill with more autographs. Although, I take it that I'll need to pay £30 if I meet both of them since I read that it costs £15 for each of their autographs. I suppose that is not a bad price. It would be a bonus to get Rose McGowan added to the guest list but I can't imagine that happening.

I wonder when the first guest will be announced? Although, I assume that it won't be till after christmas since the event isn't till next summer which is ages away.

- Patricia Arquette - Robert Blake - Bill Pullman
-
I would get him to sign my Lost Highway dvd cover.

I know that the list of guests I asked for last time were a bit much but if you can get any of the following, it would be a dream come true. - Rose McGowan (Scream, Planet Terror) - Ernie Hudson (The Crow, Ghostbusters) - Kevin Smith (Director: Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob strike back, Clerks 2, Red State)

I had a great time at the convention and I felt that it was definitely better organised than London Film and Comic Con, where I noticed today that the guests with no photos were labelled clearly on the wall. I met Edward Furlong who I thought was nice in person and he posed for a photograph with me, which was a bonus. The John Hurt Q and A was also pretty interesting as well. It was hilarious when John took the pink teddy bear and made great jokes, e.g. is he going to ask a question. lol. Awesome day.

I went to John Hurt's Q and A. I was the guy who asked him about his experience working with Ridley Scott and filming the scene where the Alien bursts out of his chest.

London Underground Closures
adamthemusicfan replied to C.Parkers-Girl's topic in Entertainment Media Show
When I first read the title of this thread: "London Underground Closures," I was nervous as I thought it would be an issue travelling to Earl's Court that weekend. I was relieved to find out that the Piccadilly Line is only closed between South Harrow and Uxbridge. Apologies for those who were intending to travel from there. I will be taking the Piccadilly Line from Hammersmith to Earl's Court. -

I was actually trying to figure out whether the event would be held at Earl's Court 1 or Earl's Court 2? Thanks for letting us know.
